It has recently been announced that the affiliate program, Fortune Affiliates has become the first to receive the new Affiliate Trust Seal from eCOGRA.

In a similar way to how eCOGRA's accreditation process works for operators of gambling sites, their new service is all about introducing detailed standards of best business practice chiefly for companies running affiliate programs backed up by strict monitoring and inspection systems which display eCOGRA’s new Affiliate Trust Seal. 

In order to be able to display the new Seal, an affiliate program must be able to clearly demonstrate that their program monitors and enforces best practice standards. To be more specific, the affiliate program must clearly show that they accurately calculate affiliate revenue as well as promptly make payments while having set controls in place that allow them to link players to affiliates accurately.

In a pilot project which was part of a year long study into standards and development, eCOGRA chose Fortune Affiliates to participate.
